2013Jan20 - Yuvabharathi 3rd Sunday Programme on Personality development in Telugu, titled as PRATHIBHA, conducted in collaboration with Sri Krishna Devaraya Andhra Bhasha Nilayam, Koti, Hyderabad.
It was way back in the 70s, 80s and 90s, Yuvabharathi regularly conducted its fortnightly meetings, on every 1st and 3rd Sunday, in the premises of Sri Krishna Devaraya Andhra Bhasha Nilayam, Koti, Hyderabad. Now, after a gap of more than 15 years, and after the renovation of the more than 100 year old premises, it was felt appropriate to recommence our activities. Sri KV Ramana I.A.S., was very kind enough to take the initiative and Sri M. L. Narasimha Rao Garu, the Hon. Secretary of the Bhasha Nilayam kindly agreed to the idea of joint sponsorship of the programme.
Yuvabharathi conducts its 1st Sunday Programmes on Personality Development, in Telugu, at City Central Library, Ashok Nagar, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad, between 2 â 00 pm and 5 â 00 pm.
The pattern and the purpose of conducting the 3rd Sunday programmes is different, and more in tune with the general pattern adopted earlier, way back 15 years ago.
The programme got started with the prayer, rendered by Sri Amathi Ravindra, the Treasurer of Yuvabharathi. Introductory remarks were made by Prof. V. Viswanadham, Convenor of Yuvabharathi. He has explained briefly, the purpose of relaunching the 3rd Sunday programmes. The main idea is to equip people not only with the various skills required for the development of their personality, but also to get the required practice of handling various responsibilities in the conduct of the meetings, etc. Prof. Viswanadham explained the purpose, procedure etc. of the Klupthaghosti programme, i.e. extempore speeches.
Klupthaghosti Programme was conducted by Sri Jeedigunta Venkata Rao.
The short speech session was reviewed by Prof. V. Viswanadham. .
As this is the first meeting for the calendar year 2013, a programme titled âGathan Bhavishyathhuku Punadiâ â Past is the Foundation for Future â has been organized. The purpose of the programme was explained, and every one present was requested to share their goals and ideas. This programme was conducted by Sri S. V. Prabhakar Rao, Senior Member of Yuvabharathi.
Suggestions were invited from the members about the conduct of the programme, and what they have felt..
